Matthew Edwards is an Artist and Teacher living and working between Bedfordshire and London in the United Kingdom. He has exhibited widely in the UK an occasionally overseas.
His work multimedia work is heavily influenced by the post industrial UK, focussing on unexplored narratives and the fallibility of memory. The work often is presented in video and sound installations, but has taken the form of portraiture, vignettes, found objects, 3D printing and 3D animation.
Matthew has made work for 20 years, and shown at Guest Projects, Sydney College of Art, Chelsea Triangle, Islington Arts Factory. He graduated from MA Fine Art Digital at University of the Arts London, BA Hons Interactive Arts at MMU and now teaches at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London
